Did you know we’ve been offering our Beginners Yoga Courses for over 7 years now and some of our previous beginners students are now even yoga teachers!! It’s best to say you may very well fall in love with the practice!
Regardless of why you would like to start yoga we are here for you, whether it’s to do with an injury, a recommendation from the doctor or physio, whether you would like to join a new community, become more flexible or gain strength, suffering from anxieties or worries or maybe it’s a combination of everything?! Regardless of your reason we would love you to start your yoga journey with us.
Our Five Week courses are perfect for those completely new to yoga or want to spend longer breaking poses down. We discuss basic yoga philosophy, work through healthy alignment of postures, explore pranayama (breathing practices) and always finish with relaxation techniques.
Each week will have a different focus, throughout the duration of the course you will build strength and flexibility alongside the main principles to ensure a safe, healthy and holistic yoga practice.
