online protocol

1. Book onto every class via mindbody (our booking website)

2. Double check your zoom name matches the name you have booked onto your class with or adjust your zoom name accordingly

3. Join the class using the zoom code: 9928980074 please be patient in the waiting room whilst the teacher checks the register. It’s likely class will start a minute or two late. 

4. You can choose to have your camera on or off during the class but please start with your camera on to say hello to the teacher so they can confirm your identity. If your camera is broken please let us know or say hello via audio.

5. Please don’t be annoyed with us if you are not admitted into class because you haven’t followed these guidelines or if you arrive late. It is essential we are all kept safe and we are all trying our best :)
